The Roskill South Development is part of the larger Roskill Development which will provide around 10,500 new homes over the next 10-15 years. Around 260 state houses will be removed or demolished to make way for up to 900 new homes in Roskill South over the next five to six years.
Of that number, approximately 300 will be new state houses and 600 will be market and affordable homes.
Visit the Roskill South Development website for more info.
