Ōtaki o te Wai Development

Piritahi is working with Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities and architects Jasmax on master planning the Ōtaki o te Wai development.

Existing homes will be improved, and many new warm, dry homes created.

The master planning phase involves consulting with stakeholders including mana whenua and Council Controlled Organisations.  

Ōtaki o te Wai is an important residential area in Papatoetoe, South Auckland. Landmarks include the upper reaches of the Tāmaki River and boundaries Swaffield Road, Middlemore Hospital and two golf courses: Royal Auckland Golf Club next door to Kings College, and the Grange Golf Course.

Ōtaki o te Wai is part of the Mangere Precinct. Mark Taylor, Senior Pre-Construction Project Manager and team are working closely with Kàinga Ora and Jasmax during the design phase.
