Site Administrator - Northcote

As the Site Administrator you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day administrative tasks in the construction site office. This includes coordinating a range of site documentation, creating purchase orders and working closely with a variety of teams.

Requirements:

  • Previous construction site administration experience.
  • Excellent organisation and file management skills.
  • Professional and friendly attitude as you will be required to greet visitors to the office.
  • Experience with the Jobpac cost management system.
  • Familiar with MS Office Suite.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a busy and dynamic environment and has an interest in land development or the construction industry.

Our head office is in central Auckland however, this position will be based at one of our Northcote site.
