The Auckland Civils Alliance Programme has been established to enable HLC to increase the supply of social, affordable and market housing in Auckland and to redevelop existing State Housing Areas in Northcote, MountRoskill, Mangere, Oranga and other nominated precincts.
The Piritahi Alliance’s role includes planning, consenting, design, consultation and construction of land development works in a collaborative manner. The Piritahi Alliance has been established to foster long-term collaborative relationships with partners that are committed to delivering the Programme’s outcomes in collaborative, innovative and effective ways. Our vision is to change the way people live by delivering groundwork at scale and pace.
The primary purpose of the position is to create value for the Piritahi Alliance, by providing cost management and cost control support the Programme.
We are looking for a switched-on grad (with a relevant tertiary qualification) who already has 2 years of work experience under their belt. Ideally, they will have experience in civil or construction works and Estimating/Quantity Surveying experience is absolutely essential.
The successful candidate will be someone who is able to hit the ground running, carry out instructions in a diligent manner and manage their work with minimal supervision.
