As the Project Controls Lead you will report to the Programme Delivery Manager to ensure the programmes of work are delivered in accordance with the alliance processes and procedures.

What you will be doing:

• Manage Planning, Risk and Quality teams
• Programme controls reporting
• Work closely with design, construction and Kãinga Ora planning teams to develop integrated programs
• Collaborate with Client Project Controls representative
• Foresee and address delays in programme

The successful candidate will have:

• Preferably P6 programming and competent with MS Project
• Led multiple teams with skills in coaching and mentoring
• Experience with large complex programmes of work
• Ability to interrogate, drive and challenge programme, risk and quality outcomes
• Able to maintain effective networks and key relationships
• Continuous Improvement focus
