The Health and Safety Manager is responsible for providing leadership across the Alliance and is a champion for the care of our people and a strong health, safety and wellbeing culture. The HS&E Manager will achieve this through the creation of excellent strategies and solutions, tactical management and exemplary leadership that ensures our entire Alliance team, subcontractors and suppliers buy into and actively champion safe and compliant working practices.
Construction is one of the most dangerous industries in New Zealand – a statistic we are well aware of and take very seriously. We are passionate about setting new standards of excellence in H&S management through the development of an outstanding culture of care and concern for each other and our programme backed up with safe ways of working.
Our head office is based in central Auckland and we have active projects in Northcote, Mt Roskill, Oranga, Māngere and Tāmaki. This role will be based at one of our site offices.
